Albania

Untouched and practically unseen till the fall of communism at the beginning of the 90s, Albania has large areas of deep poverty but also unspoiled nature and magnificent examples of Greek, Roman, Middle-aged and Islamic art.

Traveling in Albania could be an adventure, a local guide highly suggested, but definitely worth the experience.
